Recently, we began production and packaging in state-of-the-art ISO 7 cleanrooms, where sterility is crucial. We follow the requirements of GMP Annex 1 and ISO Class 7, ensuring comprehensive competency management for employee training.

Overall, things are moving fast. It was also quick during the implementation days with the IPW Consultant, so I’m glad we purchased half a year of support. After that, I used the prepaid support package. We don’t make use of support that often, but when you need help immediately, it is really great that you get a quick response and practical answers.

All things considered, I have to say that the service experience with IPW is fantastic. There is room for constructive criticism and adjustments. Honesty and feedback. And that kind of collaboration is valuable.
