Alflow
In retrospect, the past two years have been an incredible development journey. We now manage records, complaints, corrective actions, maintenance, qualifications, audits, and GDPR in IPW. And our ISO 14001 environmental certification is just around the corner.
Before IPW, Alflow were challenged by a manual quality system that couldn’t keep up with our growth. It took us a while to acknowledge that we needed to invest in new software. We had to take action and aim for a well-defined scope. Aside from the pricing, we chose IPW Systems as our system provider as it offers a futureproof platform that also meets practical needs in a smaller company like Alflow.
Single-use assemblies for the pharmaceutical industry
Together with two colleagues from supply chain and sales, we developed a structure tailored to each department’s needs. Everything is accessible, but initially, you see the most relevant information. Recently, we began production and packaging in state-of-the-art ISO 7 cleanrooms, where sterility is crucial. We follow the requirements of GMP Annex 1 and ISO Class 7, ensuring comprehensive competency management for employee training.
Overall, things are moving fast. It was also quick during the implementation days with the IPW Consultant, so I’m glad we purchased half a year of support. After that, I used the prepaid support package. We don’t make use of support that often, but when you need help immediately, it is really great that you get a quick response and practical answers.
All things considered, I have to say that the service experience with IPW is fantastic. There is room for constructive criticism and adjustments. Honesty and feedback. And that kind of collaboration is valuable.
