IPW Risk Matrix

The IPW Risk Matrix is a simple, intelligent, and highly versatile add-on for IPW Form which makes it easy to create a risk matrix regardless of prior experience with risk thinking.

Risk is entered by actively clicking on the “Visual Matrix” on the form, and you can define the desired risk matrix within a range of predefined criteria for colors, levels, columns, rows, and definition columns.
