This program helps you rethink the structure, set a clear direction, and redesign the parts of the system that create noise. So users can navigate easily, understand the structure, and work naturally within it.

Challenge
When a system has been live for some time, inconsistencies naturally appear:

• Initial pages grow.

• Navigation becomes unclear.

• Roles and access become difficult to understand.

• Templates lose consistency.

If a system needs constant explanation to be used, it creates friction in daily work and makes it harder to develop in a clear direction.

Throughout the program, participants must have access to the system and be able to work in it. We recommend that at least one participant has administrator rights.

Practical information

The program includes:

System review
An IPW Solution Specialist reviews your setup, identifies redesign and optimization areas, and outlines a prioritized direction.

Workshop day
We define purpose, success criteria, resources, and phases. Then we begin the redesign directly in the system.

Participation in the course Polaris 2: IdentityBuilder
Provides a shared foundation for visual identity, user journey, and consistency, particularly in relation to Initial pages, navigation, and document structure.

Follow-up online sessions
Two online sessions typically focused on:

• Initial pages & navigation: 
  Structure, primary and secondary menus, coherence.

• Access & roles:
  Users, user groups, profiles, and best practice.
  

• Templates & documents:
  Content templates, SOP layout, and consistency.

• Communication: 
  Notifications, tasks, overview, and workflows.
