Challenge
Up until last year, we had instructions in Notes, and templates and files scattered across our server. It was confusing. No one could find anything.
So when we decided to pursue ISO certification, we took a long-term view: What does it take to handle massive growth, production, sales, and service across many countries — and customers demanding quality, sustainability, and environmental management??
Solution
After reviewing the market, I had no doubt that IPW is the system of the future.
We started by building a user-friendly platform in IPW Polaris. Now we are mapping all processes and instructions in IPW and are ISO 9001 certified in Denmark and Latvia.
We have also implemented IPW Maintenance and have already registered 1,300 pieces of equipment. This will be a major help in budgeting and planning statutory inspections and calibrations.
We are now continuing to build on document management and internal audits.
I have had 18 employees — all designated as document owners — complete online training with instruction, follow-up, and testing. It works well when you have different roles across multiple countries.
Once document management and internal audits are fully in place, we will build additional forms so all departments move into IPW.
We have helped hundreds of customers across industries. Get in touch to learn howbusinesses like yours approach the same challenges.
