Terms and Conditions for Courses

Courses include 4 participants.

For more than 4 participants, an additional fee of DKK 1,495 per participant per day will apply.

If the number of participants exceeds 8, an additional consultant must be added. This will be invoiced based on time spent, including preparation and follow-up, at the applicable hourly rate.

 

General Terms and Conditions for Courses, Training, and Workdays

Purchased services must be completed within 12 months from the date of purchase.

Purchased services cannot be converted into other time-based services.

Travel expenses are invoiced in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions. Surcharges outside normal working hours are invoiced in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

 

Non-attendance and Cancellation in accordance with our Terms and Conditions

Non-attendance

For non-attendance of services lasting 1–3 hours, a fee of DKK 1,500 will be charged.

For non-attendance of services lasting more than 3 hours, a fee of DKK 3,000 will be charged.

Cancellation on the Same Day

For same-day cancellation of services lasting 1–3 hours, a fee of DKK 1,500 will be charged.

For same-day cancellation of services lasting more than 3 hours, a fee of DKK 3,000 will be charged.

Cancellation Less Than 3 Days Prior

For cancellation less than 3 days prior to services lasting 1–3 hours, a fee of DKK 1,000 will be charged.

For cancellation less than 3 days prior to services lasting more than 3 hours, a fee of DKK 2,000 will be charged.
