Elcor was formed by six leading electrical switchboard manufacturers, united as one strong organization. Even after the merger, we were still working across several systems — but our focus has been on consolidating platforms where it adds value and efficiency. IPW now supports our intranet, document, and quality management across multiple locations.
Solution
With IPW, we got one system that covers intranet, document management, and ISO compliance. It’s been easy to roll out, and we’re now working hard to complete our ISO certification. One of our sites has already achieved certification using IPW. The system supports all documentation and audit requirements — from version control to read and understood acknowledgments of policies. We also use forms for everything from event sign-ups to employee benefit selections.
Result
IPW is now in place across several of our locations and has helped us optimize workflows and strengthen our documentation for ISO certification.
It supports both quality management and internal communication — and has made our employees more self-sufficient. Where they used to ask for information, they now find it on their own.
