Challenge
Ahead of a recertification, we chose to review our entire management system. We did not want to simply update individual documents, but to create a new foundation that was easier to navigate — for both employees and auditors.
That required rethinking the structure and involving the entire organization.
Solution
We established a project group with participants from 17 departments. Together, we built the structure in IPW and described 37 processes that run across the entire organization.
The system has been adapted to Kamstrup’s visual identity, and we have worked systematically with access control so that each employee only sees what is relevant.
350 employees were introduced to the system, and we have established a superuser group to continue driving it forward.
Result
We now have a management system that reflects the way we work. It supports both daily operations and audits, and it creates overview across the organization.
With our new structure, we have ensured ownership and usability — and the system is ready to evolve with us.
We have helped hundreds of customers across industries. Get in touch to learn howbusinesses like yours approach the same challenges.
We have defined 37 cross-functional processes forming the backbone of the system.
Design and structure are aligned with Kamstrup’s visual identity — and feel familiar.
A cross-functional network ensures ongoing maintenance and anchoring in daily operations.
