When you start using IPW, you receive an intensive implementation program covering some of the core IPW modules, giving you the tools to start building a sustainable solution.
How do we make sure IPW users are well prepared to work with the system?
IPW Systems’ implementation programs are designed for system administrators and the employees responsible for building and maintaining the system.
We offer training sessions for up to four participants, held online, at our office in Kolding, or at your location.
During the programs, we take a deep dive into IPW Polaris and IPW Registration, so you are ready to handle day-to-day tasks and ongoing system administration on your own afterward.
If you are already using our systems and have new employees who need to get up to speed, we recommend either an additional work session with one of our Solution Specialists or an IPW course. This helps everyone get off to a strong start and feel confident using IPW.

In the IPW Polaris Implementation Program, we begin configuring your system based on the goals, resources, and needs you are working with.
Standard program:
- Kick-off meeting
Online meeting to clarify purpose and use, resources, timeline, etc. Dates for work sessions and online status meetings are scheduled. - Day 1
Kick-off workshop reviewing your solution, with a strategic focus on building fundamental elements such as structure, content, and access. We document the implementation plan and define tasks for Day 2. - Day 2
Work session focused on building your system: menu structure, IPW Documents, and files. Tasks are defined for Day 3. - Day 3
Work session focused on access, start pages, and the strategy going forward. Tasks are defined for the final online status meeting. - 3 x 1 hour online status meetings
Online follow-up meetings after each work session to ensure that goals are met, tasks completed, and the direction set on Day 1 maintained.
We walk you through the forms included in the system and how they work. Depending on your needs, we can also begin adapting the relevant forms together during the workshop.
Standard program:
- Kick-off meeting
Online meeting introducing you to the five standard registrations. - Day 1
Workshop focused on giving you a thorough introduction to the IPW tool and its functionalities, while building and adapting one of the five standard forms for you to use afterward. - Day 2
Workshop focused on building and adapting another registration based on your needs. - 2 x 1 hour online status meetings
Online follow-up meetings after each work session to ensure that goals are met, tasks completed, and the direction set on Day 1 maintained.
