Challenge
We have employees who have been at Scan-Hide for an incredibly long time, and when changes happen, it doesn’t take much before they revert to “default mode.” Then you have to nudge them a bit and say, this is how we do things now – and IPW supports that.

Solution
We use IPW for everything related to management. Everything we need to run the business is gathered in IPW. This is also where we keep our instructions, many of which are made as videos. To view the instructions, all employees must have access to log into the system, and for this we developed a special access chip.

Sparring, network groups – and a fast-acting “Unfuck” button

Where I received sparring from IPW was especially in the beginning, when I didn’t manage to communicate this system logic to my colleague. When you press button A, something happens in the workflow. We ended up closing cases we shouldn’t have closed. So I contacted IPW, who suggested adding a button so that I, as administrator, could reopen the cases. I named it the “Unfuck” button.

The IPW Network group has also made a huge difference. If I can’t get a form to look the way I want because I’ve made a “Error 40,” it’s nice to talk to someone who has made the same “Error 40.” Then we can agree that it’s probably not a big issue after all

Result
