New System Owner: Polaris
Have you recently taken ownership of an IPW system? This program helps you understand the system,
identify the right focus areas, and set a clear direction for future development.

Challenge
Taking over an existing IPW system can feel like being handed a folder structure with no explanation: What is the system actually being used for right now? Where are the bottlenecks, inconsistencies, or missing standards? And what should be optimized or developed further? Without a clear overall view, it is easy to lose both momentum and confidence in your role as system owner.
The program requires that you have logged in, explored the system, and have administrator rights. You should also know which areas we should focus on most.
Solution
New System Owner: Polaris brings together a review of your system, strategic guidance, and practical learning in one structured program.
Result
- You gain a solid understanding of the system and a clear direction for its further development.
- You learn both the functionality and the thinking behind it while also cleaning up, optimizing, and finding the right areas to focus on.
- You leave as a confident system owner with a clear overview and a plan you can act on.

”We got a great deal out of the course. For us, it is important that our IPW documents do not feel heavy or text-dense, and now we have built and optimized procedures and process descriptions so they are more inviting...”
