New System Owner: Registration

This program gives you a complete picture of your registrations and the tools to get more out of them.

Challenge
In most existing IPW systems, registrations are the part of the setup that nobody quite owns:

• Which registration forms are we actually using today?

• How are they set up — and why? Are they still current, relevant, and logical?

• And how can they better support the way we run the business today?

Without that overview, it’s hard to optimize, develop, or make the most of what you have.

The program requires that you have logged in, explored the system, and have administrator rights. You are also expected to be at Polaris 1: BasicBuilder level — for example, after completing the New System Owner: Polaris program.

Solution
In the New System Owner: IPW Registration program, we go through the forms and subtables in your system — what’s there, what’s actually in use, and how it all fits together. You also build the practical skills to maintain parts of your forms and subtables on your own.

Result
By the end, you have a clear picture of your registrations and know how to work with them — both technically and strategically — so you can get the most out of your system and keep building on it.

• Review of your system: 
  An IPW Solution Specialist reviews your setup, identifies where there’s room to optimize and develop, and sketches out a plan for where to start.
• 2-hour online guidance session:
  We go through your current setup together — technically and strategically — and agree on the focus areas.
  
• Forms 1: FormStarter
  A separate course that introduces how registrations are built and maintained in IPW.
  

• 2 x 3-hour online sessions 
  Typically focused on: 

  • Review and adjustment of existing flows and responsibilities

  • Customization of user views and the Publish User Interface extension

  • Setup and customization of profiles and their connection to user groups

  • Optimization of notifications

  • Customization and creation of subtables
